Another fantastic turnout for the Speed and Strength Camp today, with 73 guys in attendance! These numbers are indeed impressive for our program. Everyone came ready to improve and make progress. Check out some photos from this morning’s session!!

Grateful for everyone who showed up again this morning. We had 72 in attendance today, and these guys really went after it. A big shoutout to our little buddies—they continue to show up with a desire to improve, which tells us they’re not afraid of hard work.

Very proud of our kids for showing up and getting after it all week! Packed house in the weight room with 71 guys getting better!

What a great day to be a DAWG! Today was tough, but our guys and a few coaches really got after it. We hit a tough lower body workout, did some gassers, sprints, and wrapped up with the Bulldog 400.
