Middle-aged pt w 8mm incidental callosomarginal aneurysm presents for endovascular treatment. Given its rectangular morphology and wide neck we opted for treatment with WEB. Went up w a Benchmark 95cm & 125cm 5Fr Sofia. Mean width was 3.5mm & minimum height 4.3mm

Elderly pt patient with known Afib was found to be unable to move his left side and dysarthric by his family at home. NIHSS 12. Last known well was the night before. Head CT at referral hospital showed no hemorrhage or completed infarction. CTA showed a right M1 segment occlusion

Middle-aged pt w a family history of brain aneurysms was found to have a right Pcomm aneurysm identified at screening. Pt elected to undergo endovascular treatment by Abbott's Neurointerventional team 😎
