When you finally meet the little guy who's been responsible for shitting all over your clean tractor. Gave him a stern talking to and sent him on his way.

Let's be frank, the percentage of welfare is even higher, when we consider some businesses exist entirely on government contracts, such as the NDIS rort, so all of their employees are technically paid by the government, it's welfare with extra steps.

Any company that is selected to build a road like this, should also be responsible for all repairs for the first 10 years. If the public can get unlimited kilometre warranty on a $20k Kia, then the public should get warranty on a $200m (or more) road project.

“It doesn't make any sense, but young people aren't told this” The IPA’s Mia Schlicht joined leading US author, Robert Bryce, to discuss how net zero is destroying Australia’s energy future and putting control in the hands of China. Watch the full discussion:

I think it's silly allowing them (16yo's) to vote in an election that they legally cannot be a candidate in. If anything, I'd like to see the voting age raised to 25. Let the younger generation get a taste of the real world before they start voting on ways to change it.

Silly idea, but part of me wonders what would happen to the algal bloom if you dumped 10,000 tons of barley straw into the sea...considering a shoebox of barley straw can completely eliminate algae in a large farm dam

The Olkiluoto Nuclear Power Plant would be illegal in Australia. It provides approximately a third of Finland's power and has been providing clean, reliable, affordable power for decades. Australia's nuclear ban must go. 🚀 Take action: nuclearforaustralia.com

Seeing some ridiculous prices for poor quality hay being advertised around South Australia. Given the drought conditions and fodder shortage...sellers need to be careful, obscene prices/profit this year = potentially no customers next year if they get rid of their animals.

Heard it said by a farmer South of Loxton, "We can farm profitably and sustainably in a low-rainfall environment, but we cannot farm profitably or sustainably in a no-rainfall environment" Hopefully this weekend's deluge travels to the Riverland and turns the countryside green

The annual July 23rd reminder that this exists 🤣 This person might have been the only human in history who legitimately could yell out BINGO after their charges were read out in court...

Scenario - you are a farmer, you are self-employed, so there's no "magical employer" putting money away for you. You have some money to put away for your retirement. You have a choice, either 1. give that hard earned money to a superfund where you have no say in how it is

Core memory activated. I think the first computer game I ever played. Once we'd finished it, we sent $10 in an envelope and were sent back the second instalment on a floppy disc 🤣

Voting age to 21. Young adults should have some idea of how the world works before they begin the process of voting to change the world.
