One of this year's newcomers is @cheftombrown of Cornerstonehackney, the fine dining restaurant in East London's industrial neighbourhood. Tom worked in Cornwall with Rick Stein and Nathan Outlaw before opening in London last year, and fish still plays a strong role in his food.

Just saw @cheftombrown on Sunday Brunch now my wonderful missus has booked a table at Cornerstonehackney for my bday treat in Nov. I honestly can’t believe how excited I am. Yoke on food & more butter the better in mash! Tom is a man of my own heart. Fresh seafood is simply 🤤🤤
