@PupFett Sorry to hear. If you have an older cooler make sure the header connected to the pump is set at max. The warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Additionally it is based off the date from the proof of purchase and not the serial number.

@Evan361_ You cannot use different fan types on the same hub/lighting node core. Your options -Return the LL120s for SP120 RGB PRO -Return LL120 fans for a 3-pack that comes with the correct components -Purchase a RGB hub and a lighting controller(Lighting Node PRO/Commander PRO)
