Pope Leo XIV has called on all Catholics to observe a day of prayer and fasting for world peace on Friday, August 22nd, the Feast of the Coronation of the Blessed Virgin Mary as Queen of Heaven and Earth. Our Lady, Queen of Peace, Pray for Peace and Pray for Us.

We recently started a Holy Hour of Eucharistic Adoration with Confessions before our weekday 12:15 pm Mass. The response, thus far, has been nothing short of phenomenal. It's been a great reminder to me: The people want Jesus and the peace He brings, especially through silence.

In 2016, we started a 9 pm Mass on Tuesdays and Thursday. 3 students came to the first Mass. Tonight we had more than 125. Thank you, Jesus!

For the first time in years (apart from Easter), our 10:30 Sunday Mass was filled beyond capacity. Historically more of a family Mass, the best part was most in attendance were college students. God is doing something special when college students pack the early Mass!

Our new vicar asked what is the key to our recent growth. There are myriad factors. However, the key is Jesus & His Church. Young people are fed junk; they are starving for what is real. Jesus is the way, truth, & life & He gave us His Church so people can receive Him.
