I am back for more discussion #Tropmed schisto case ..yes, Tobias Hohl is now @fungalspore.bsky.social and others are right! Give praziquantel and get an US. Bladder US with focal nodular thickening. Ureters are ok. I will be sending you a quiz on what do next. (1/2)
