Today was our leavers assembly at Craignish. We celebrated all the achievements of our wonderful learners and said goodbye to our amazing P7s!! We also bid a fond farewell to Mrs Brown who retires this week. You will be missed by all at Craignish but know you won’t be a stranger!

We were delighted to welcome back our learners yesterday, especially our new P1 pupil and our three new ELC children. We are so excited for the year ahead and look forward to continuing to sharing our school news and celebrations ⭐️

We have had the fabulous artist Lizzie Rose in with us today working on her Forest project. We painted oak trees with ink using beaver cut sticks. We had a super day!

We have had a very jolly December here at Craignish! We hosted a wonderful Christmas show in the village hall, we have carolled around the village, we had a very special visitor and a really fun party! A very Merry Christmas from all at Craignish!! 🎅🎄

Today we joined with Kilninver Primary for a Rights Respecting Schools day. We worked collaboratively to explore the rights of the child. We had a super day working together and making new friends. #unicef #rightsrespectingschools

Tha Seachdain na Gàidhlig a' tòiseachadh an-diugh! It’s World Gaelic Week! Our p1-3 class did an online lesson this morning and later in the week Mrs Barnett is doing Gaelic Bookbug and the older class are joining with Gaelic medium pupils at Rockfield to speak Gaelic!🙌🏻

Our P1/2 children had a wonderful morning at Waterstones in Oban today as part of World Book Week. We met the author Alan Windram who read stories to us. We had so much fun dancing and singing too! Thank you Waterstones #worldbookweek
