A busy Saturday morning litter pick for the HAG team. In just under a hour we restored this natural space to its original glory 🌱 on our way to the Hounslow Council Green Living Festival in Lampton Park Hounslow Council 🌿 to share ideas about how we can all connect to nature.

Mammoth clean up operation with almost 200 bags of rubbish picked up from around the M4 roundabout and slip road. Couldn’t have accomplished this without the support of our friends from Green S Welfare UK. Many thanks to the CAG crew for their efforts.

Messing about on the canal in glorious sunshine! Litter cruise from Hayes Bridge to Willow Tree Marina supported by Canal & River Trust London & SE saw us remove a boatload of of trash including from abandoned camps and dens.

This afternoon’s results from Cranford Bridge. It is sad to see how this historic river site takes a battering from human litter. An incredible amount of litter picked up but still a lot remains in the river. Thanks to the CAG crew and our friends from Green S Welfare UK.

A fantastic show of support for the Avenue Park clean up. We collected a whopping 80 bags of crap, mostly alcohol detritus shamefully littered by a minority of people. Many thanks to the CAG crew, team from Hounslow Highways, Green S Welfare UK and the support of LGOAL.

Today. Myself. Gary, Gian and Aman finished cleaning of the river Crane by Cranford Bridge. Brave Gary for getting into the water to rake out all the rubbish. The river is flowing nicely now in that section. Some before and after pictures.

Today we carried out a street drinking operation with the Council Enforcement Team, where we deterred and disrupted street drinkers in our local hotspots. We were assisted by Hounslow Central / Town Centre / East

We were out in Avenue Park engaging with Umme volunteers who were doing a great clearing rubbish so others can enjoy the park facilities and open space. 👏

Due to concerns regarding street drinking, Cranford SNT have been working with Hounslow Council and APCOA to tackle the issue. 3 Fines were issued.
