Year 1 were happy to go back to Forest School. They made dream catchers, they looked for flowers and they had lots of fun exploring the environment.

Pupils have been going the extra mile to deepen their mathematical understanding and support one another. Our Friday lunchtime drop-in is always a hive of activity and a positive, collaborative environment.

A superb win for our U14 & U15 golf teams at Cranleigh, showing real skill on the course. Meanwhile, U12 & U13 golfers gained great experience in their first summer match at Crangusta, enjoying the stunning setting of The Henderson.

The children were full of excitement as they pulled on their wellies and explored the changing spring landscape in the Forest School. They loved spotting blossoming flowers, noticing greener leaves, and using their senses to explore nature.

An exciting morning for our school community as we gathered on the grass for our whole school photo. We are so glad the weather was on our side!

Year 4 had an unforgettable few days at New Barn Field Centre! From bushcraft and orienteering to meeting animals and exploring Roman history, they packed in plenty of adventure. A brilliant trip—and they did the school proud.

8 boys from Year 7 & 8 represented the school in the U13 Golf team at the Cranleigh Quad. A great afternoon for the boys who competed well and gained more valuable experience on the golf course.

The children loved designing and decorating their own Anderson shelters in Year 2 using natural resources. They used cardboard to build the shelters, with some lovely folding work to shape the curved roofs. To decorate, they collected bits from outside like sticks and leaves!

Our U11A 8-a-side cricket team started the Geoff Richards Trophy with style, winning both matches against St. Lawrence & St. George’s Weybridge. Two strong performances and into the next round—well done, boys

A wonderful showcase from our talented Years 1, 2 and 3 pupils, performing on piano, violin, guitar and cello. Huge thanks to our dedicated peripatetic music teachers for preparing them so well. A fantastic event and a brilliant effort from all involved.

Year 2 learnt about life as an evacuee. They joined new classes, wore name labels, and brought a small suitcase with a gas mask, ration book, and toy. They played games, tried spinning toppers and yoyos, and learnt dances like the jitterbug.

Great to see Cranmore School mentioned in a Rugby World feature on former England Sevens star Marcus Watson. He credits our Director of Sport, Paul Hodgson, for helping him transition into coaching—now proudly part of our support team. A real testament to our community!
