CSS is delighted to welcome Scyld Berry (Scyld Berry), the doyenne of cricket correspondents, who will be talking about his new book - tomorrow in Glasgow and Edinburgh on Tuesday.


Thanks to Cricket Scotland's Cricket Scotland Nic Wilson @nicpaynewilson for her interesting and enthusiastic talk to CSS about her career and current role. The development of young cricketers in Scotland is in good hands ! CSS wishes everyone a safe and peaceful Christmas.

So sad to hear of the passing of an old Cricket Scotland adversary, Hamish was indeed one of a kind. Dropping him first ball of an Ireland v Scotland match meant he always had a kind word for me whenever we met. #unique #celticcousins

The Cricket Society of Scotland wishes legend Sir Viv Richards (Sir Vivian Richards) a very happy 70th birthday. A massive hero of this writer who had his picture on his bedroom wall along with that of his great friend and rival (BeefyBotham) ! Have a great day Viv.
