We are aware of the controller desync issues on Xbox. Our team is still trying to replicate the issue to squash the bug for good. In the meantime, some users have had success with the following workaround: Quit Cris Tales > Power down > Unplug the power cable for 10sec > Restart

A new patch for Cris Tales on Xbox is available. This patch helps to address the controller desync issue that some players were experiencing.

Quick correction on this. The patch is currently available on Xbox Series X|S. It will be available on Xbox One in the coming days.
