Took some time off this as had some shit going on in my personal life but sorted it out now💪gm everyone

So far down 7kg this year! Didn’t start measuring on the scales until 92.6kg but currently weighing 87.7kg… goal is 82kg

What have I been doing to get this weigh lost so far: No alcohol in the last month Not eating until 12pm most days, some days I fold 1 takeaway in the last month Meal prep
