The future of investing is here: asset tokenization. Own a fraction of a skyscraper or bond. It’s breaking barriers & making investing transparent, efficient, & accessible. Stop thinking 'big money only.' Start thinking 'tokenized.' #TokenizedFuture #Blockchain #MMHTechGroup

I cannot with this. We knew there was a level of bias and now you can see it in black and white. Daniel Batten posts should be required reading for those in mining. Thanks for bringing this to the masses.

Celebrating almost 9 years of being an entrepreneur. From the United Nations, to The World Economic Forum, Necker Island, The United States Senate, The Canadian Parliament, I have done a lot and there’s more to come. The fight is still not over. 💪🏾👏🏾

Everyone’s working hard. That’s not rare. The ones who grow are doing something else: – picking the right problems – saying no more often – making things clearer for others Hard work’s not the strategy. It’s just the start. New Article → linkedin.com/pulse/hard-wor…

Would you rather be the only voice in the room or the one who built it to listen? The loudest room isn’t always the smartest. Design matters. So does who gets heard. Let’s build better ones. What kind of room are you building?

If you’ve ever run the whole project but got left off the slide… You’re not alone. Credit is part of the system. Without it, teams stall.

Women don’t need more confidence workshops. They need access to real rooms. The issue isn’t volume. It’s structure. Stop telling her to lean in. Start giving her the blueprint.

I don’t usually call myself a “future narrator.” But when I look at what we’ve built at MMH: from methane-powered mining to AI-ready data centers, yeah, it’s a story. One with systems. And stakes. I shared a piece of it in Future Narrator → futurenarrator.com

Loving your job can hide the signs of burnout. You still care. Still perform. Still push. That’s why it sneaks up. If you want to keep doing work that matters, you need to protect your energy intentionally. New article → linkedin.com/pulse/loving-w…

Being “the glue” feels noble, until you break. If a system only works because someone stretches too thin, that’s not strategy. That’s neglect. Start naming the work. Stop normalizing the burnout.

Being “the only” might look like a win, but it's just survival if the room stays small. Visibility matters. But equity is the goal. Make it normal, not rare. Open the door wider. Change the layout. Who held the door for you? Who are you holding it for?
