Congress’s changes to the Veterans' ACCESS Act risk failing our veterans. By letting key community care access provisions expire, they’re stripping away hard-earned options. Veterans deserve more access—not less. #VeteransACCESSAct #CompleteTheMission #VeteransDeserveBetter

The mission act of 2018 was a fix to the Phoenix VA scandal where veterans were dying waiting on care. One of the fixes was to establish access standards for being seen at the VA and would then allow a veteran to be seen in the community when the VA could not see a veteran in

Community care access standards need to be made permanent. Allowing codification to expire kicks the can down the road and is unacceptable.

We have a suicide crisis among veterans and by putting a sunset clause takes away one of the tools for veterans to ensure they are getting mental health care in 20 days or less. This will not help the suicide crisis. Veterans should be the priority not more broken promises.

Why is it veterans are the only group that keeps having promises made to them for the sacrifices that we make, be on the chopping block? You can’t tell us we can have choice, but only for 8 years and ask us to believe veterans are a priority.

Thank you Sen. Marsha Blackburn for advocating for the ACCESS Act. I live 250 miles a way from an actual VHA hospital, and our local VHA Outpatient clinics are limited in services provided, so ACCESS Act is truly imperative to my community.

Thank you Sen. Marsha Blackburn for being a fierce advocate for veterans. Community care options save lives and should be a permanent provision in the Veterans’ ACCESS Act.

Cuba’s economy is controlled by military-run companies like GAESA, CIMEX, and FINCIMEX—powerful arms of a regime profiting from repression and rigged trade. These aren’t businesses—they’re tools of authoritarian power.

Veterans’ access to health care options should be the main priority of the Veterans’ ACCESS Act, whether it be through the Veterans Affairs or Community Care. However, changes to the Senate’s legislation remove these options through an eight-year sunset provision.

Health care choice is the right thing for every American. It’ll be right in 8 years, or a hundred years. It’s about human dignity. Concerned Veterans for America will continue the fight to secure choice for every American veteran.
