Great result today for one of our Ray Kelly Too Deadly for Diabetes participants. HbA1c on 1/7/22 was 9.5% (a sign of diabetes way out of control). HbA1c today is 6.0% (excellent control). What I’ve learnt? The 2D4D program works- don’t mess with it!
