🏏 Busy last few weeks for the regional programme as the winter element draws to a close in the coming week. 👊🏼 Some great sessions focusing on volume with a continued and consistent fielding focus. 🧠 Mental skills, S&C, young officiating and nutrition provision all involved!

And finally Monday! With lots of chat about the weather, we had blue skies for the start of the CWNYouth squad day! Lots of good time in the nets, on the dart board and discussing our plans for the year.
