CycleBath @MarkHysted OM My official evaluation is that it is a pile of doo doo. No complete cycle network and fails in the primary goal of a priority list of work to be done. Also no Low Traffic Neighbourhoods.

@MarkHysted CycleBath OM All LCWIPs go to the DfT for evaluation. I'm hearing that the Oxford LCWIP is excellent. West of England Mayoral Combined Authority LCWIP I suspect will be rejected by Department for Transport. It really is embarrassing. I'd refuse to pay the consultants that put it together.

We have a plan, it’s costed, it’s integrated, it’s the best transport spend for the money. It’s good for NHS, it’s good for the Climate and reduces pollution. Now with the government, to say if they’ll back us to do it. I can’t think of one plausible reason you wouldn’t.
