I went to Poland the first time ever about 2 weeks ago and low key, was blown away. The people, the mindset, the passion... Warsaw is the new Lisboa of the EU. Plus crypto is booming there..iirc, Poland is Coinbase 🛡️ 3rd biggest market.

building in crypto is hyper competitive, 24/7 and due to the open source nature, tech is rarely a moat. Brand, distribution and mechanism/incentive design win. I imagine the web 2 start-up space will trend towards this same outcome as AI removes the technical capability moat.

Every start-up education "lesson" says it, but I always find It amazing how much of being a founder is a game of emotional discipline. Achieving flow and a pure state of focus under any conditions isn't optional—it's how you win.
