I was very pleased with my performance at College Station this weekend. At this years Texas A&M Bluebonnet invitational I ran a PR of 23.45 (2nd) to make it to the finals. Being the only sophomore and underclassman in the finals I ran another PR of 23.33 (6th). Shadow Creek Track

And I can’t forget about the relays. This weekend I helped my team achieve 1st place in the 4x100 (2nd leg) with a time and new meet record of 45.46! I also helped us get 2nd place in the 4x200 (4th leg) with a time of 1.33.76! All glory to God for our achievements this weekend

Calm Day at the Oval Office. New school record in the 4x400(3:15) with a 47.9 split and 38.3 over them hurdles today. Most Def going to hit my goals before regionals.Shadow Creek Track Oklahoma T&F & XC Sun Devil Track and Field/XC

The meet from last Friday went well. I ran the 4x4 with a time of 3:15 (my first leg split was 48 low) and also set a personal record in the long jump with a 22.3. Shadow Creek Track R. Glapion

We won’t save the best for last - we will just nose dive into the outstanding performance of the boys 4x400m relay. The team of Kevin Jackson || “K2” Jadon Hopson Dorian Howard and Sophomore Jason Walker would see to it that the school record was broken!!! The boys ran a 3:15 (top 2 in 6A)!

Took a fall in the hurdles and didn’t finish the race but didn’t let that defeat me. Came back and dropped a 46.8 on them boys head. 3:15:90 total time. My dawgs Kevin Jackson || “K2” Jarvis J Kaiser Jr. . Watch out for me when I come back for them 400h and open 400.
