My beautiful sister sadly lost her husband in December 2020, after a short but aggressive fight with this awful, devastating disease. He was 32. Can not believe today is my last day in Discharge to Assess! Its been an absolute blast I've met some fab people & friends for life. Couldn't have got through without these fab people! Thank you for the wonderful gifts; feeling super loved 🥰❤ Carol Kavanagh Kellie Tyrer Deborah Skeete

Well today see’s the end of D2A acute as we know and love it. Not only do we lose our favourite OT Charlotte Blease the D2A service will be based in community only. The team have worked amazingly hard to build a great service for our local community and we are sad to say goodbye 💔

To add to the recent changes & people leaving, today Deborah Skeete leaves the Navigators. On a happy note she is going on to becoming the Head of integrated Urgent care team at Tameside. We will miss you lots and they are so lucky to have you. Thanks for all your hard work 🤍
