More uneven Day 2 from Jaxson Dart in 7-on-7. Lot more downfield passing and there were a few overthrows. He finished the day with a deep TD to a wide-open Da’Quan Felton, a UDFA WR from Virginia Tech. Your reaction to this should be the same as the reaction to Dart looking

I think so because of Tracy’s WR background (that continued to get referenced even as he struggled with drops last season) and Skattebo’s rep as a bruiser. Fair point by some in the mentions that Skattebo needs to develop in pass pro

No. The sooner the draft picks sign, the sooner they get their signing bonus. They won’t hold up on that. Plus, the impending restructure(s) is inevitable. It’s not like when they get into the season and might be able to scrape by without a restructure

The Giants are signing CB TJ Moore, who was a tryout at rookie minicamp, per source. Moore had seven interceptions last season at Mercer. The 6-foot, 187-pound Moore ran a 4.44-second 40 at his pro day. Here's his scouting report from Dane Brugler:

With Art Stapleton reporting that WR Lil'Jordan Humphrey re-signed (unusual to do that type of juggling with a 90-man roster), the Giants will need to open at least two roster spots today

The Giants announced the signing of Moore, the re-signing of Lil’Jordan Humphrey and the release of two UDFAs: CB RJ Delancy and S Tommy McCormick

Davis knows Schoen and Daboll well, so the only reason for a visit is to check out his knee. He tore his meniscus in Week 11 and was cut last week with a failed physical designation

The speculation about trading Jameis Winston to the Saints makes sense on the surface. But, when taking stock of the Giants' QB situation over the next two years, here's why I can't see it happening: nytimes.com/athletic/63544…

Here's the full list of guarantees for the Giants' undrafted free agents, per source: • WR Beaux Collins: $270K • WR Da'Quan Felton: $264K • WR Juice Wells: $259K • OL Jaison Williams: $165K • CB O'Donnell Fortune: $165K • S Makari Paige: $165K • TE Jermaine Terry: $65K

The Giants have $1.6M in cap space, which is the least in the league, according to the NFLPA. That's obviously going to change, and likely soon with their draft picks due to sign. So here's a look at the Giants' avenues to creating cap space now and closer to the start of the

Seems some people got up in arms over me mentioning the Giants having the least cap space in the league. If you want a bit more context, here's 1,700 words on their current cap situation and what moves could be made to create the necessary space: nytimes.com/athletic/63709…

As noted yesterday, a Burns restructure was the obvious move to create cap space for the draft pick signings. More cap maneuvers will be needed before the season. Here's a look at the other options: nytimes.com/athletic/63709…

The Giants have their first OTA open to the media (practice starts at 10:15). A few things to watch: • There aren’t many open starting jobs on paper. Some young players will compete at RG, but vet Greg Van Roten returns after playing every snap last season. There are jobs

The Giants had $6.4M in cap space after the Carter signing/Burns restructure. Dart's signing should bring that to around $4.4M. They won't need to create any cap space until close to the start of the season (barring a signing) unless they choose to. But there certainly will be at
