Over three weeks, Year 1 classes performed cross-curricular shows demonstrating #poetry poetry, art work, #dance, #drama and #music. Each special assembly took us on a journey celebrating uniqueness, what it means to be happy and how to protect our #environment. Well done Year 1!

Pupils celebrated la journée française, a day celebrating all things #French. From singing competitions to cheese tastings it was a fantastic day. Berets, moustaches and bleu-blanc-rouge accessories adding a certain je ne sais quoi to uniforms! 🇫🇷

Well done Nursery Oaks and Reception children who delighted parents at their summer concerts. Oaks children sang summer songs and Reception performed "Our Garden, It's a Happy Place to Be" with words by the children and music by their music teacher, Ms Sharp. 👏👏 🌞

Congratulations to our Upper School #mathematicians who achieved a Bronze Kangaroo award in the recent UKMT Junior Kangaroo competition! We are extremely proud of their hard work, dedication, and mathematical talent—well done! 👏👏 🥉🦘

We meet again Mr Bond... The Year 6 and Year 8 leavers' gala had a 007 theme this year. An event that Commander Bond would have enjoyed though it is doubtful he would have taken part in the karaoke! Thank you to our wonderful PTA for organising such a great evening 👏

What wonderful #PrizeDay! Impressive speeches from the Head Boy & Head Girl and many great musical performances made it a truly special event. Thank you to all of who took part 👏👏 We also said goodbye to our leavers and we wish them all the very best for the future #endofterm

As part of their leavers' programme, Year 8 had their own #F1 race "weekend". Teams of engineers and drivers built remote controlled #cars and raced them on a specially designed track. Qualifying laps determined grid positions for the starts of the - wildly competitive! - races.

To mark their 2nd and last year of Devonshire House nursery, Oaks children had their very own #graduation ceremony and it was the cutest thing! The children looked fabulous dressed in their gowns and mortar boards as they collected graduation certificates from their teachers 🎓

Summer Term throwback... Well done to Year 3 #gymnasts who choreographed and performed their own routine for the Middle School during assembly. Great teamwork, creativity and dedication were all on show. Congratulations girls, you should be proud of what you achieved!👏 🤸‍♀️

Summer Term throwback... The Year 1 & Year 2 sunflower growing challenge came to an exciting conclusion at the end of term. Year 1's sunflower was declared the winner, measuring a tremendous 1m 15cm, 7cm taller than Year 2's equally impressive effort! 🌻

Summer Term throwback... #Spanish-speaking nursery staff brought their #language and #culture to Nursery Acorns. Children joyfully sing Spanish songs, read Spanish books, danced to Spanish music and even donned #Flamenco dresses! Parents were invited to join in too! 🇪🇸

Summer Term throwback... Thank you to all those who came to our #careersfair to spoke to the year 7 and 8 pupils, about their #jobs. The boys gained fantastic insights into careers in medicine, mental health, product design, law, science, film, engineering and more. #thefuture

Thank you to our devoted #PTA who constantly bring the school community together. Last academic year, proceeds from the PTA #charityevents resulted in donations of £4,000 to each of the following charities: Doorstep London Homestart Camden and Islingnton and Cochlear Implanted Children’s Support Group.

Last term, Y4 - Y8 participated in Visual Arts Day. Pupils were off timetable for the entire day, fully immersed in #art activities provided by #SkyArts as part of a national #CreativeArtsWeek. A fantastic day full of creativity! #painting #photography #drawing
