Also returning for another season is our big striker Devonté who made an impact towards the end of last term netting twice in back-to-back games as fitness improved. The experienced forward will be looking to carry on that form in the new campaign.

It’s a warm welcome to the Woods to jords_27 who joins us after several seasons with Hanworth Villa FC where he was injured in the play-off final the year that the Woods reached the semi-final. Jordan has missed 18 months since but will look to get back to fitness in pre-season.

Buzzing to get Jords in! Once fit he is a problem in the final third. Had a horrible injury in the play off final so will be good to see him back on the pitch, back sharp & to full fitness. He will play a big part in the group we are building! ❤️🪵⚽️

Our second new signing of the day is another attacker, Riccardo Clarke-Rowe who has been out of the game for a while since spells with Broadfields United & Amersham Town FC. Rico will be working hard in pre-season to establish his place in the new squad. A warm welcome Rico 🤗

First up today and it’s a retained player in top Woods U18s midfield star Brian who made his first-team debut at Barton Rovers in April and immediately impressed. The 18-year-old gained more experience at Oxhey Jets FC 1st Team last season too and has a bright future ahead of him.

Next up today is the new signing of midfielder A who joins the Woods after two excellent seasons with Leverstock Green FC where he made over 70 appearances. Adz had previously played for CB Hounslow & Abbots FC, NGU 💙🤍 and Belstone F.C. and we welcome him to the Woods family.

The Woods played their first warm-up friendly on Saturday, when they ran out 5-1 winners away to near neighbours hillingdonboroughFC, currently playing in Combined Counties Football League Division One. Match photos from James Brown are now online: bit.ly/407j9VL

First up for today is the arrival of 19-year-old Nasir sharifi who rose through the U18s & U23s at Harrow Borough F.C. over the last few years. The full-back then made a handful of first-team appearances for Borough in April and arrives at the Woods with plenty of potential.

Our second player announcement today is the exciting arrival of Kush T. The 21 year old striker has bags of pace and lots of creativity. When playing for for Langley FC back in 2023, he scored over 20 goals. Kush can play up front or on the left side of attack.

Our final announcement today is experienced winger MrBelieve&Achieve who last played for Lancing FC but the well-travelled 29 year old was previously part of a Whitehawk FC squad that won Step 4 promotion in 2023 before injuries restricted appearances over the last couple of years.
