I’m beyond excited to share work from my PhD, co-led with Alicia Braxton, out today in Nature! We used CODA to map the anatomic and genomic properties of pancreatic cancer precursors. Led by the amazing Laura DeLong Wood and Denis Wirtz ! nature.com/articles/s4158…

I am happy to share our recently published paper on Cell Systems. In this study, we developed an integrated experimental and computational approach to profile PanINs and examine the surrounding microenvironment. sciencedirect.com/science/articl…

🎉 🎉 Excited to share our latest research, now in Nature Cancer IrAEs can be associated with significant morbidity or mortality - our study suggests that targeting IL-17A CD4+ T cells could help manage these side effects better, and paves the way for 🎯 treatment approaches

And Anirban Maitra was again faster to post! On an amazing teamwork led by Dimitri Sidiropoulos, we were able to profile PDAC tertiary lymphoid structures induced by immunotherapies. A quick thread below.

finally out in full form - i'm excited to share our work showing the utility of adding a PDE-5 inhibitor onto vaccine (msln-listeria) to reprogram the myeloid cells in PDAC - led by the amazing Nicole Gross carter zhang, also jacob mitchell @FertigLab insight.jci.org/articles/view/…

incredible work led by Dimitri Sidiropoulos to peruse through the TLS forming in PDAC - a great show of making the most of multiple state-of-the-art tools to synthesize our understanding

Science is cool 😎 Our recent article in Nature Cancer has been selected for the journal cover! 🎉 It is an honor to see our research featured in such a prestigious journal, pushing forward the boundaries of immunotherapy. Special thanks to Phil and F. Sella Akoya Biosciences 🙏🏻

BC^3 is BACK! Join us for our opening keynote on Wed, October 16th at 11 AM EST. Dr. Joe Craft is sure to give an excellent lecture. #freeseminars #Bcells #TLS Daniel Hollern

Really enjoyed leveraging latest workflow tricks. The ability to batch 30+ samples per run by live-cell barcoding for CyTOF enhanced the rigor of the analysis + Soren Charmsaz and Nicole Gross employed CytoNorm (Sofie Van Gassen) to further normalize the data across batches.

1/8 Excited to share our latest study in Nature Immunology led by @DanielShuMD on TLS in #HCC patients treated w/ neoadj ICB: ⏩ TLS linked to improved outcomes ⏩ Novel "involuted" TLS found in tumor regression zones 🔗 nature.com/articles/s4159…

What an eventful week in Houston filled with impactful science & great people! Super grateful to receive a Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer young investigator award to present our work on TLS in neoadj. treated PDAC. Also huge thanks to Break Through Cancer & MDA for a productive and inspiring Summit!

PIVOT is a very useful open source tool from Ashley Kiemen André Forjaz Denis Wirtz and colleagues at Johns Hopkins Kimmel Cancer Center that allows for co-registration and integration of multi-omic spatial data (eg, Visium, cyclicIF, imaging mass cytometry). Preprint: biorxiv.org/content/10.110…
