We are delighted to announce that Flt Lt Drew Waite (@ASPIRELEAD1) has been appointed as the first ASPIRE Network Lead. As the new lead, he will be bring consistency to the ASPIRE vision in supporting diversity and inclusion across the RAF Air Cadets.

This weekend I visited my first RAF Station, Spadeadam, for the AT challenge! I was quite nervous as I'm not fully knowledgeable in RAF traditions & customs, but I've had so much support and advice from fellow CFAVs this weekend. Also had fun acting as a casualty for first aid!

Tomorrow I'm setting off to Cranwell for my CIC. I've been intensely (and probably irrationally) nervous in the last few weeks. Thank you so much to everyone who supported, advised and prepared me. Today is for ironing and bulling!
