Oncogene-->ECM composition-->ECM organization -->T cell fate! With Eisinger Lab leading, we show that YAP1 promotes collagen VI deposition in sarcoma, leading to the remodeling of fibrillar collagen, which in turn causes CD8+ T cell dysfunction. jci.org/articles/view/…
