Both movements were born from people saying: “This system doesn’t protect us.” From Stonewall to Standing Rock, resistance lives at the margins. Let’s build a future where the land, the climate, and our communities are all respected.

Clean air and water are human rights we all deserve. Yet some communities consistently breathe toxic air and have water that is unsafe to drink. These are examples of Environmental injustice. That’s why we lift our voices to fight. #EnvironmentalJustice #Community

Our survival depends on environmental justice. When we talk about environmental justice, we’re talking about clean air in neighborhoods. If we do right by the communities burdened by pollution, we all benefit. Justice isn’t a side issue. It’s the strategy for a livable future.
