A technical achievement! Huge photosynthetic 'megacomplex' solved **in situ** from sub tomogram averaging using cryo-ET data. Microscopy & Spectroscopy Amira software used for segmentation alongside many other software packages. In situ structure determination is still rare. Exciting!
