A nice teaching case with classic cytomorphology from today's sign out, "Well-differentiated pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor (PanNET)". In addition to the usual FNA features, also seen here are occasional macronucleoli, isolated nuclear pleomorphism and intracytoplasmic lipid.
