This is not Zwanze day. Cantillon's annual celebration of spontaneously-fermented sour beer was on September 24th. The kegs didn't make it through Canadian customs in time. But we've got the kegs now, and we're tapping them four at a time at the brewery, starting today.

Some of the first Dageraad beer ever served, Tangent Café May 14, 2014. On Saturday we're celebrating our 9th anniversary at the brewery with like a thousand cool beers. But I'm so proud that we're still brewing Dageraad Amber and Dageraad Blonde. They stood the test of time.
