The First Amendment protects hate speech and anti-government speech. The idea the government should be able to swoop in and arrest someone for expressing either is absurd. If someone is not inciting violence or destroying property, they are protected.

The argument that gang members and immigrants are not entitled to due process is nonsense and sets a dangerous precedent for government abuse. Everybody in the United States is entitled to due process, regardless of immigration status or gang affiliation.
