warning that failure to report one's self would be a grave mistake on the part of oil bunkers as apprehended culprits would be made to face the full weight of the law without the fear of whose ox is goared.

The #BonnyLGA Chief Executive came up with this stern warning today at Government House Port Harcourt shortly after a critical meeting presided over by Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike, CON, GSSRS, POS (Africa) with heads of security agencies in attendance,
