Really enjoyed being part of the coaching team for the first time last night for our men's team. A real talented group with huge ambitions and expectancy this season but I have no doubt they will deliver. Onto the next one and the season ahead. 🩶🩷🩶

Another step forward this afternoon our U16s in their pre-season preparations as we travelled to Cwmbran to play Coed Eva Athletic for the very first time. Our boys produced a good performance & win underpinned by a lot of effort, determination and quality. 💙🖤💙
