Since our start in 2008, normalizing conversations and breaking the stigma surrounding mental health has been a priority. This requires continually weaving mental health into the daily conversation stream and making mental health & wellness an operational topic.

I mean, how cute are these two? My mum never avoids new technology, even when it absolutely baffles her. “Filters” might be the norm for GenX and younger; for someone born in 1937 new tech continues to marvel.
