Thanks for the invitation to present my PhD project for the German visitors at the International Vocational Education and Training Research Group at NTNU. It was a interesting conversation afterwards about the assessment system in Germany vs Norway and the reduced grading trend.

As a PhD student, getting my supervisor's approval to submit a manuscript to a journal feels almost more rewarding than having it accepted by the journal itself. Today was that day!

Finally submitted my second study in my PhD-project. Now: sit back and wait for reviewer 2 and rejection... But hey, I'm still confident.
