We had a blast this morning at the Croton-Harmon train station talking with voters about flipping this seat and taking back the House! Most people had already voted early. Amazing!

This is not over. The issue of birthright citizenship was not decided today. SCOTUS remanded to the lower court the authority of federal judges to issue nationwide injunctions. A state attorney general who respects the Constitution is now more important than ever.

Today & every day, I am so glad to be a New Yorker, represented by NY AG James Tish James. The Supreme Court has once again made it clear that Americans who elect Trump-aligned officials can expect to see the continued erosion of their rights. In 2026, NY cannot join them.
