Iām really looking forward to presenting my research on Transparency Orders ( reporting restrictions) in the Court of Protection JOMEC @ Cardiff Uni Open Justice Court of Protection Project

Seriously, though, I have questions about the skill-set of the putative Champions. I have lots of experience of the challenges facing would-be observers + I would like to offer (for free!) my help with training Champions. Please get in touch HM Courts and Tribunals Service to arrange this.

Polly Rippon LA also said "The court may find the justification that [varying the reporting restrictions] is necessary because writing under one's own name rather than a pseudonym 'has greater impact' to be relatively weak" So much for the famous "what's in a name" argument! #OpenJustice

This hearing hasn't been publicly listed (but staff confirm it's going ahead) and there's some serious issues with wrong TO being sent out. Is this something an Open Justice Champion could sort HM Courts and Tribunals Service and where's the red panic button we need to get their help?
