We first fed mice ๐Ÿญ a pretty bad Western #diet ๐Ÿ”๐ŸŸ๐Ÿฅค for a year and studied their livers. We saw profound changes in genes and proteins related to #inflammation, #fibrosis, #regeneration & #metabolism. Inferred crosstalk between #liver cells was also altered in #MashRoomCafe
