We first fed mice 🐭 a pretty bad Western #diet 🍔🍟🥤 for a year and studied their livers. We saw profound changes in genes and proteins related to #inflammation, #fibrosis, #regeneration & #metabolism. Inferred crosstalk between #liver cells was also altered in #MashRoomCafe
