Thank-you Liz Allen F1000Research for highlighting our recent International Journal of Cancer paper on cell lines that may not exist, also a poster at #WCRI2024 World Conf Research Integrity Danielle Oste Pranujan Pathmendra onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/ij…

So many people attended our #PaperMill meeting at #WCRI2024 World Conf Research Integrity co-chaired by Pranujan Pathmendra There's been real growth in this community over the past 2 years, thanks to initiatives by Guillaume Cabanac ⟨here and elsewhere⟩ and others to bring hearts and minds together. We need you all!!

An amazing social night at #WCRI2024, very tired but also very happy to have met some amazing people. A great taste of #greek culture and diaspora with the dances that were performed at the end and the wonderful food. Danielle Oste Prof Jennifer Byrne 🧬

Special mention to Jana Christopher for identifying how common visual processing softwares like photoshop can be used to manipulate images. Generative AI can be used to fill in western blot or micrograph images and this is hard to detect with our current tools... #WCRI2024

Congrats 👏👏👏 to our very own PRIMeR team member, the amazing Danielle Oste who presented "Non-verifiable cell lines in cancer research papers describing human gene research" (PP-068) at #WCRI2024. Prof Jennifer Byrne 🧬 Article available ⬇️ onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/ij…
