Even in people with #dementia, physical activity may prevent early death. In study of 60K people with dementia, activity levels similar to 20-30 min of brisk walking daily led to a 30% lower risk British Journal of Sports Medicine (BJSM). Of course, people with severe dementia may be less active. Link below.
