My junior season has unfortunately come to an end. I enjoyed every moment and made a lot of memories. Thankfully, I still have a lot of wrestling left in me. Here are some highlights from my season, where I went 22-18 175 varsity

We finished with 4 Regional placers… -106 Kingston Barker 🥇 -120 Leo Lopez 🥉 -126 Monce Parade 5th -175 Darius Grignion 4th

State Qualifier: 120 Leo Lopez Leo lost his first match at regionals and then bounced back to win the next 5 matches in a row to finish 🥉 Good luck at State Leo! North Mesquite HS Mesquite ISD Athletics

State Qualifier: 106 Kingston Barker Kingston went 4-0 at regionals to become Mesquite ISD’s first ever regional champ 🥇 Good luck at State, Kingston! North Mesquite HS Mesquite ISD Athletics

The last couple of weeks Mesquite Wrestling visited the Horn feeder schools to promote wrestling and grow our sport! We appreciate Terry, Berry, & Woolley Middle Schools for having us out!

It was great honoring our wrestlers for their accomplishments this season. Proud of all of their continual hard work and dedication.
