Been continuous rain, but no sign of lightning or a rumble of thunder.

Tomorrow morning I'm planning to be up early to capture the Moon with the Pleiades. Although not optimistic about the weather.

On the morning of 12 August there will be a telescopically close conjunction of Venus and Jupiter, the brightest planets in the night sky. Also all four of Jupiter's Galilean moons will be visible too. Fantastic observing and photographic opportunity.

I've got my projector doings set up for watching "Blade Runner The Final Cut" later tonight. Can't wait to see it big!
