Our paper, with C. carter, E. Mendes and Robert Kohn--at arxiv.org/pdf/1401.1667.… was accepted for publication in Statistics and Computing; it is the first to show how to flexibly combine particle marginal Metropolis-Hastings (PMMH) and particle Gibbs samplers.

A new version of our paper on scalable particle MCMC is available on Arxiv. The paper is coauthored with Chris carter and Robert Kohn; it proposes the particle hybrid sampler that is more scalable in the number of observations and parameters than previous approaches.

A paper on cross-validation (CV) with VB is available at arxiv.org/pdf/2102.06814…​. It proposes a novel VB method to perform model selection using CV for hierarchical cognitive models. My paper with Hung Dao, Robert Kohn, Minh-Ngoc Tran, Scott Brown, and Guy Hawkins.
