Next to be announced is the wonderful @AllisterBarsby from Grove of Narberth. Allister returns for his second CNO in aid of Tŷ Hafan and has an impeccable history, having been Head Chef of a 2 star The MICHELIN Guide restaurant in Devon. We are honoured to have him on the team.

We are also so grateful to Milkwood for releasing CNO stalwart Andrew Farrell for the night. Andrew has been Head of Front of House at each of the 6 gala dinners and makes sure service runs like clockwork. He’s an all round legend and our guests love him

What a year our final chef Tomos Parry Bratrestaurant has had. More accolades than you can light a bbq at, this man is on 🔥🔥🔥 in the big smoke. We are thrilled to welcome him back for his second CNO for Tŷ Hafan where he will cook alongside his mentor Grady
