After being sick all week, I wanted to try racing Nationals close to home, but it didn’t work out. Disappointed of course, but not unexpected. No #Otegem tomorrow.

No bike for at least one week, so unfortunately no SuperprestigeCX #Middelkerke & @BricoCross #Hulst for me.

Unfortunately, my season is officially over. Today’s scan in the hospital showed I have a partially torn knee ligament. Luckily, no surgery needed, just some time of the bike to let it heal.

Due to heavy back pain, I won’t be at the start of SuperprestigeCX #Boom and UCI Cyclocross #Bern this weekend. On Monday, I will undergo an MRI scan to, hopefully, find out the cause.

On #Namur's new decent: I think it's a disgrace, a clear violation of the UCI Cyclocross rules, and dumping sand to solve it was a really stupid decision. If this is the standard Golazo holds for their races I think they don't deserve the label of a World Cup #TelenetUCICXWC

Exactly, this is how cyclocross should look like!

I mean every race should look as professional as this one, using nature to make a challenging course instead of artificial obstacles and lots of 180 turns around a VIP-tent.
