Vellee Deli - which struggled in Northeast (construction hurt, they never really grew) and had locations in the skyway and Brooklyn is closed after 14 years starting as a food truck. What a run!

Guacaya Bistreaux has closed. Interesting story in STRIB says the staff got to either set a public closing date or quietly close. Staff chose quiet closure. Lots of people who liked this place prob would have come over the last 4 weeks. Just wild to let the staff pick.

Honestly - this is not a bit - the steaks at Outback in Coon Rapids were really good and the people working there were AMAZING. 10/10 experience.
