Today marks 1000 days sober for me & Iโm looking back at the absolute mess I was โ fat, unhealthy, off me nut every chance I got, living for the next blowout. Itโs painful to watch back, but I need to to see how far Iโve come, because its still hard, my addiction still tricks me
