In September I turn 30. The same age as my dad when I was born. It’s made me think about the drop in living standards in one generation. On a fireman’s salary he could afford a 4 bed semi in a leafy part of Manchester. He had two kids (5 and new born), now almost completely

This doctor shared her payslip to show the stark reality NHS doctors face. Fully qualified. Working exhausting 48 hour weeks: nights, evenings, weekends. Regularly uprooted from family, friends and support networks. All to earn just £17.56 an hour. That’s 21% less in real

and if you red the NHS staff survey reports, it is clear that jobbing frontline staff feel unable to raise concerns, frightened of consequences, or that their concerns will be ignored/dismissed and so feel marginalised

Medical Whispers The NHS Whistleblower Triage sets a priority level to determine the urgency for initial assessment of undifferentiated patients Patients remain undifferentiated untill they are assigned a diagnosis. Triaged patients are still undifferentiated. They literally could have anything wrong with them.

I am so sick of this gently gently approach towards misconduct in the NHS and its 'partnership' working with the police. Crime is a crime. It should be investigated and prosecuted just the same as allegations would be against you or against me.

⚠️ READ & SHARE On 29th February 2024, I wrote to every MP, the Prime Minister, and my CEO after resigning from my job as a midwife. I raised serious concerns—criminal harm, manslaughter, and gross negligence within the maternity system. Yes, it’s happening—and it’s been

When people speak of terrible things happening in our institutions, we are brought up to believe in and trust, we can think, "That shouldn't be happening!" But because it IS happening & we also don't WANT it to be happening, we can turn against the people speaking of it, instead.

Why is speaking up about illegalities and wrongdoings punished so severely while those committing them are supported and rewarded?

Melanie Bridgen This documentary is powerful, and Kate’s story is heartbreaking. But I can’t help asking: what about the thousands of mothers, fathers, and carers going through the same nightmare, without a title, media support, or legal protection? Many of us have faced years of post-separation

The same should apply to police forces that choose to silence their legitimate whistleblowers by creating unfounded criminal or gross misconduct charges 🤷‍♀️ news.sky.com/story/nhs-boss…

Ever wondered what it might be like to be a bereaved parent losing a child under the NHS? Ever wondered why we are failed and bullied and our trauma is exploited while all backs are turned? Please step in and help me get justice.

Has anyone else had this? My first time tonight: replying to a post & it disappears. Tried again as I thought it was my error, and it happened again. 🤔

My posts are disappearing. I QT this one how I received no support. The PHSO bullied me on the phone even when I was audibly crying & my son was seriously ill. It was a PSA to pre-warn others re: risk of compoundment of trauma. Some of my posts to Julia Caro (Lampard Inquiry CP/campaign ND lead) have gone too.

I hope you are all doing as well as you can be. I can't breathe. I will try again tomorrow. Thank you for being here. I can't breathe.
