The 5th July 1948 was a momentous day for the nation, with the foundation of a National Health Service.

The NHS is nothing without the people who work in and alongside it. So on its 77th anniversary, a massive thank you to the doctors, nurses, dentists, therapists and hundreds of other staff groups who have been part of its past, and will shape its future.
